Beautiful property with an ideal location. Unfortunately our AC was not working well in our room as well as our friends who were also staying on another floor of the hotel. My check in time was 4 pm but I was not able to get my room until 4:45. The staff were all very nice and friendly.

Pretty good, but could’ve been better
Our overall stay was enjoyable and our room was available for early check in which was awesome because we had set times for outings. There are a couple of things that we were surprised about… The hotel does not have late in room dining or grab and go options available. The hotel bar closes at 11:30pm and we were hoping to grab snacks and drinks when we got back to the hotel. It was St. Patrick’s holiday weekend and our anniversary. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lumpy. We also ordered breakfast in the morning and my husbands meal was completely forgotten and never ordered. The hotel is clean but decor a little dated. The room size of the King Balcony facing the river, was very nice and spacious.
