My new always go to hotel!
My mother had surgery and I had to stay the night. I got the room and it was so lovely! Extremely clean and quiet, close to everything. The desk person was very accommodating and I will definitely be staying here every time I come here to Redlands!!!

Returning visitor, bit of a let down today.
Been here multiple times before. We tend to go with the spa tub room. We got room 104 this time had the white spa tub but sad to say it wasn’t working. The Jets didn’t turn on which was a let down since that’s what we picked this room out for. Also the bed in the room is very worn out, sinks in the middle and also the pillows to this room are old. One was missing a pillow case and they all had used smell to them. Wasn’t liking that at all.
