They did not have a warm blanket on bed, just sheets and when I asked they said "they have nothing extra to offer, not even more sheets." It was cold night in Jan...So I checked out & left.

Jesus was very friendly and made the check in very fast. The room is perfect for my wife and I. On the backside was a nice parking lot with lights and cameras. We would go out of the way to stay here if in the area. Nice people, great room, great parking! See you again. Don and Linda

We were not informed in advance that important areas of the hotel were under closed off due to renovation. Highly inconvenient. Again, main issue not being informed in advance to not go. In top of it still got charged for parking. Poor customer care.
