This hotel is like going to a friends place. It’s always clean. It’s always comfortable. I spend half my time in the snack bar downstairs. We enjoy the Sunday breakfast. What’s not to love?

When we got in our room we opened the drawers and there were dirty towels, dirty clothes, and an empty bottle of alcohol. It gave us a really bad feel from the start. I was disappointed and feel a discount should have been given. I told the house cleaner on our floor and said she would tell her supervisor. I was not contacted.
