The stay in this place is terrible, the place is dirty and the rooms smell damp, we were also bitten by bed bugs, I had to leave on the 4th night and when I arrived in the USA I went to the doctor which cost $800 between appointments and medications.

The room had no windows and was rundown with rusty spots around the tub. It did not look like the pictures we saw online. On the second night, the air conditioner leaked water down the wall, over an electrical outlet and across the floor. It was fixed with caulk, but the wall was still wet. We requested a different room, but no one got back to us until the next day after we complained about a large cockroach floating in the toilet. After a lot of discussion, we were switched to a different hotel where our room was comfortable and had a window. I cannot recommend Casa del Caribe even though it is in an excellent location and the beds were comfortable. It is old, rundown, and the service is very poor.

Completely gross
Oh this place is pretty run down and gross. You can see exposed outlets, holes in the walls, the floor wasn’t clean. There was even a huge cockroach in the shower when I woke up in the morning. Seen a spider crawl out from under the bathroom mirror. This place gave me the ick and I ended up checking out early. I don’t recommend staying there unless you don’t mind being in a filthy room. Also, there’s no street parking. There’s parking across the street and it end up being $40 for the night. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they make you feel very welcomed and are very informative. You are emailed a list of activities to do as well as restaurants in the area upon check in, which is very helpful. The manager, Eddy was extremely considerate and helpful. The beach is also just a short walk away, which was a big plus.

had a rental car they had no parking and there was no public parking available any where and when i asked what should i do there response was i dont live around here property was filthy and in disrepair. i had to find and stay at a different hotel. the hotel advertised free cancellation and full reimbersment. they would not reimburse my money
