I want to explain my experiences at this hotel. On JANUARY 13, 2024 when I arrived at the hotel, it was around 1 am. Luis was very nice. He did not have a room available so he gave us a handicap room 317 and tomorrow morning he will give us another. That night when we got upstairs the room was dirty (floors, walls and fridge, dusty and it had a roach. I went back down and he gave me another room 417. There was chipped paint on the bed, the toilet was not flushing, and boogers on the wall and water stains on the wall. My sisters and I could not sleep that night. The following day I went down stairs Nelson transferred us to another room on the second floor. Now this is the third room within 8 hours. This room 210 had hair on the bed and inside the fridge. Sooo I went back to Nelson and asked him for the manager. He pointed to the woman next to him. I asked her name and she looked at me with a blank stare and did not respond. However, I was able to retrieve her name from someone else and it is "Diana Martinez." Nelson noticed my frustration and felt bad for us. Thankful to him he was able to find us a 2-bedroom suite. The room clean. There was only 1 broken chair and the TV in the room was not working properly but it was way better than the other 3 that we were switch around to. As of Diana is unfortunate that as a manager you do not care and take initiative to resolve this situation. We have never go through something like this before. Thank you Nelson.
