Very disappointed
I had no iron and when I informed the staff they gave me an iron with a shortage and when I gave it back to them and told them I needed another iron, I was informed that they had to find one. Also the light fixtures was broken and when I took a shower the water would flood onto the floor. The pool was out of order. Towels weren’t very clean, they were stains on them and very dingy. The room we had was adjacent to a machine in the back and it was so loud and noisy.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Puerto Rico. Excellent location, next to the casino,right on the beach, and a full kitchen safes you lots of money and I can keep my medication in the refrigerator. Free parking. Yeahhh. However it is really in need of much needed renovation. The carpet was horrible. They need new towels No working phone in the room But I will return. It’s now more like a motel then a hotel.
