We rented three rooms. Two out of three rooms were very moldy. From the time got off the elevator the mold affected one person in my group. When you opened the doors to two of the rooms a pungent feces like odor slapped us in the face. Mold was visible on the windows and around the vents. LUIS gave us a hard time and also insinuated we were lying.

None of my issues were addressed. I’ve sent multiple emails and have not heard from anyone. The jacuzzi was cold every time I tried to use it, there was no iron in my room just a board and I had no tv the entire stay. I tried even calling Expedia and they were not able to reach the manager. Unsatisfied highly disappointed with my stay

It smells like old carpet…it was at a convenient place but it’s just a basic hotel nothing special and the rooms are really really small. This is a great hotel if you won’t be in the hotel all the time other than that I give it 2.5 star review
