Not the best by the beach.
The best part of this hotel is the location. However some of the staff seemed to not know what they were doing. I got double charged. When I went to ask about it she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know why but she guessed it would go away. It was honestly a weird experience. However when Becky left the lady that checked me in I went to the night crew shift and Adrianna was able to help so quickly and fixed the issue with no problem. The bar also is not a full bar.l. It was very odd. I think that Becky needs extra training in hospitality. There is a parking fee of $25. The best part of this hotel is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Truly close to all the amenities. The decks are nice. Shops and restaurants also working walking distance. The cleaning staff very nice, and offer up a smile and very helpful when asked questions. I however do not believe I will be staying here again. There are better hotels in Avila.
