Very welcoming and accommodating property. Clean, eco-friendly and quiet rooms. Highly recommended especially for those on a budget (though be sure to drop by soon -- renovation is underway and this hidden gem could become more lucrative an attraction).

I liked this small hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are nicely kept. Its very quiet and easily walkable to downtown, and beyond. The innkeeper, Jerry is friendly and helpful. Thanks. Will be staying again!

Very well designed efficient room, small but everything was there (coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, enough and well placed electrical outlets). Staff very nice and well organized despite ongoing construction (they sent email with very clear check in and parking instructions. it is near the university so it's a very safe and lively area! Definitely recommend!

Even though I had to check in quite late, Jerry’s communication ensured that I was able to retrieve my room key and get into my room safely. The room itself was nice and quiet, and I was able to settle in comfortably.
