Fantastic lagoon view, spacious deck, so very relaxing. Great communication with David before we arrived. Thankful for the complimentary airport pick up and drop off since we didn’t rent a golf cart for our stay. The cabana had everything we wanted (kitchen, plunge pool, hammock, lounger, king bed, private deck etc). We really liked the separate bedroom with a door since one of us is an early riser. The wifi was decent. The decor could do with a refresh though. Not being allowed to flush toilet paper was a surprise. Adding bidets to all the toilets would make that less of an issue I think. A golf cart is a good idea for this location. Walking out to the street and the few local stores doesn’t take long, about 10 minutes, but it’s hot and dusty. We each hitchhiked out of the complex a few times. People were kind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cut short our next stay to come back here for the last 3 nights of our trip. David was kind enough to even book us the same room. We were delighted, and oh so very relaxed.

Nice hotel out of the hectic city. Friendly service and nice to have daily cleaning. You will need a golf cart. The bathrooms are modern and large with good hot water. It’s too bad the room didn’t have some of that space. It would really be nice if the room had reading lights on the backboard plus a small shelf for books and a phone charger, since there is no room for side tables. Also need black out blinds. The bed was comfortable. The outside space was nice over the water, but they could use more tables and chairs. Also, the pool is very cold since it gets the wind. Simply using a solar heater would really help. I did see one of their bungalows and it was quite nice and of course the plunge pool was warmer.

Lina Point was everything we expected and more! The staff was amazing and even provided transportation to and from the hotel to the ferry or airport. A golf cart is a must as the hotel is quite a way off of the main road but this also means then enhanced safety, security, and tranquility. Only two recommendations to make it even better...trash clean up in the lagoons surrounding the hotel and working with the owners to improve the road conditions getting back to the hotel. Thanks for a great stay in San Pedro!
