It’s beautiful the location where it was easy to find a place to eat if you didn’t want to eat at the property. Security is always there so it feels safe. The low on the cleanliness was because the bathroom for the room was a little dirty and the sheets for the bed it was a stain where we had to ask for new ones.

Espléndido y excelente hotel, la vista es de lo mejor del lago de Coatepeque, cuartos amplios y limpios, servicio fenomenal. La atención de los empleados, la humildad y esmero en ayudarlo a uno de huésped fue excelente. Humberto Bonilla nos hizo sentir y nos atendió de lo mejor. Gracias a todos, y este lugar se los recomiendo a todos

This was my first time saying here and I must say I will definitely be back soon .. staff was great the rooms and view was spectacular activities they offered ( one hour boat rental ) so worth it .. my whole family had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back
