Inconvenient parking situation, loud music coming from bars nearby until late at night, homeless people on street outside hotel. The room itself was cozy and clean but I wouldn't come back.

It was in a great location. The power went out all morning and they closed the coffeeshop in the hotel which was a bit of a bummer, but overall the power outage was the only inconvenience.

Beautifully designed hotel next to great dining and stores in quaint Santa Barbara. Only wished room was bigger. Loved our window and view of mountains and a bit of ocean.

Love love love the location! this is the perfect location for tourists and anybody really, all the shopping and dining are minutes away by walk. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very cooperative, thier communication was made convienent and efficient. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. my only thing was i wished they had a microwave in the room.
