We loved everthing except for being right in front of the laundry room. We could here their convos and im sure they could here us. Maybe next time we will talk to front desk. Felt like we had no privacy

Will definitely stay again and will recommended it to family and friends. Newly renovated and amenities are great. Breakfast is a plus and satisfied us. The only issue we had is the strong scent they use to make the property smell good. Too much fragrance that burns our nose. Aside from that, it is very close to everything we need like the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, parking is secure, and we feel safe inside the property.

Place was easy to find, parking fee seemed high, but it made us feel safe. Room was very comfortable and pleasant
