Stayed two separate nights several days apart. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend especially if you want to be right on the beach.

My husband and I were enjoying our 13 year vacation in Monterey and decided to stop in Santa Cruz after having a couple drinks we picked this hotel room and plan to stay one more night before we head back to Sacramento. As soon as we got here We can tell that there’s been a lot of remodels. We’ve been here before many times, and stated at the hotel, that was here. This hotel has been changed a lot. Everything is new, and the bed was very very comfortable. The only thing I could say is the seats/chairs next to the window were a little too narrow to sit on but the bathroom is gorgeous. The TV is nice there is no microwave, which was a bummer another reason why I didn’t give it five stars but you could definitely see. They are making a change here , glad we stayed here last night. The bed was amazing to sleep on and I woke up very rested.
