This is a wonderful location! Within an easy walk to the Plaza and many dining options. Staff was excellent. Always friendly and helpful. Room was amazing with a beautiful little courtyard to enjoy. Breakfast offered us many delicious choices.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to after my experience. Maybe my expectations were too high based on ratings and price of the room but I was greatly disappointed. The room that we ended up getting was unlike any room I saw pictures of, I feel like it was misrepresented big time. The room I thought we were getting looked nothing like the room they had us in. It smelled weird, big stain on the shower floor that made me wish I had sandals to take a shower, pubes on the toilet, bed was not comfortable, pretty much everything about the room was disappointing. If the room was $80 I would understand, but for $240 a night when there are plenty of hotel options in that area didn’t sit well with me. One thing I’ll give the place credit for is the staff making it right. The next morning I went to front desk to talk about the issues and tell them we are not staying the 2nd night we reserved, they were cool about it. Discounted the night we stayed and let us cancel the reservation for the 2nd night without hassle. Whoever took pictures of the rooms to show on the site should be applauded, they did a great job but it’s not a honest representation of all the rooms.

Authentic Santa Fe
This was a very a very authentic Santa Fe lodging experience. The buildings, furnishings and art work are not the typical hotel experience which I found very refreshing and interesting. It is a warm, down to earth place that can only be found in Santa Fe. Their authentic NM cuisine breakfasts were outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious and not your typical hotel breakfast food. They also had a expresso machine and all expresso drinks were included with breakfasts. The hotel is only two blocks away from the heart of downtown Santa Fe.

Our stay was wonderful. Las Palomas is perfectly located for exploring Sante Fe on foot. The breakfast lived up to the wonderful reviews. Be sure to try their blue pancakes and super cappuccino. Staff were v friendly. Definitely would recommend.

This is a charming property with a friendly, accommodating host and staff that provides a wonderful breakfast to give you the energy to take the short walk to the plaza and everything Santa Fe has to offer.
