Quick cab ride to Santa Fe Plaza, can walk in nicer weather. Night life spot so a bit loud if you’re near the bar.

Poor insulation
Someone from management should spend a night in room 135 with a guest in the room right above... Although the upstairs guest was not particularly noisy, we could hear every movement... very poor insulation.. I suggest that knowing this, don't put people in room 135 when you have a guest above... the place had plenty empty rooms. Front desk and breakfast crew super friendly. The room was clean and nice.

After they have your credit card, on checkout they charge an extra $15 “resort fee”. This is not a resort. The rooms are tiny, and the bathroom fixtures are terrible. When asked, they said the extra fee was “for WiFi and Breakfast”, so therefore the advertising for free WiFi and free parking is fraudulent. Wouldn’t mind if they used that fee to have better maintenance of the property. It’s nice that they accept dogs, but guests are very disrespectful and do not clean up, so there is dog poop all over the yard areas. Maybe they should charge a “pet clean-up fee” instead. Advice: Until they improve, spend the extra money and get a nicer hotel in Santa Fe.

That was the most comfortable hotel bed, and with the best pillows I have found at any hotel in years. Seriously, I was shocked with how nice those were compared to most other hotels. Kudos, Sage!

The Sage was clean and staffed with courteous and helpful associates. The rates were very competitive and I would recommend it staying there to anyone who is looking for a good deal when visiting Santa Fe.
