Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and assists with whatever is needed. Location is perfect and the parking lot is a big plus

The service always wonderful. Breakfast always great. The only thing that we didn't like was the renovation that was going on. We were placed in a room where we couldn't even breath because of the smoke/dust/paint. We asked to be changed to another room and they changed floors but another renovation was going on. So each time when we came out of the room there was so much dust it was hard to breath. The room is always very clean, door men are always wonderful but I do think they should close the floors that are being renovated. The General Manager should of thought about this better. We come to stay every single year but next year if it's like that again, we will have to find another place.

This is a nice hotel new or newly reconditioned, in the center, very near or in the old town. There are some parts of the old town that are more than a bit sketchy at night but during the day there was no concern. I have to say the distinguishing feature of this hotel is the friendly, dedicated, and extremely helpful staff. The service is, well, if there is a higher rating than excellent they would deserve it. We stayed here one night for my wife's birthday, and the staff was incredible in making the day an exceptional one for her.
