The staff were very friendly and helpful, the complimentary shuttle service was excellent and perfectly on time. I found the rooms were very spacious and clean. There is very little around the airport but it’s closeness to the airport makes it ideal for a 1 night layover. I would stay here again.

This is an excellent lodging near the airport. They provide shuttle service to the airport. Terrific service. Food service available in restaurant. Wonderful staff—all very helpful and kind.

Overall a convenient place near the airport for a short stay. As with many services in Chile there were minor hassles but most things were fine. The ‘free airport shuttle’ was not available (after calling them and being told it would be there in 15 minutes, we had to take Uber after waiting for almost an hour and not getting through again to the hotel) but it was good getting back to the airport the next day, and the room was clean and serviceable and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly once we got to the hotel. I’d try to find another place if the airport to hotel service was important but otherwise I’d go back again.

Excellent hotel, nice room. Pool is indoors, with hot tub. It's in the middle of nowhere, not far from the airport. Can't walk to anything, but otherwise, a terrific place to spend the night.

Definitely convenient to the airport. Less convenient for downtown. Uber and metro work great though and so does the metro system. Everyone is very friendly, but the shuttle service not necessarily punctual. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was fine. It's just that there's not a lot outside the hotel without going into town.

One night transfer with nearby airport
Apparently new hotel - very clean and bright. Agents friendly and very helpful. Did their best to speak English with us. Room was much larger than expected and very comfortable. Had dinner at indoor restaurant. Service was quick and food was delicious. Had a pisco sour for after dinner drink. Excellent! Highly recommend this hotel for overnight stay as is only 10 minutes from airport and good price.
