Staff is very helpful especially Cristina at the front desk. She gave us direction and even lend us her subway card to use . She didn’t even want us to pay her back . Very nice ! Thank you

Where to Stay in Santiago
This is one of the best hotel stays I have experienced in recent years. The front desk staff were very informative and polite. The buffet breakfast had everything I needed to start each day with energy. The room was spacious and the shower had good pressure. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to the metro to go anywhere you wish. Some excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel gym was clean and equipment is fairly new. Good wifi. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here next time I return to Santiago.

Check in was quick. Room was ok and not noisy at all. Bed was great. The negative was the shower. Each time it would make the floor of the bathroom wet. Also cleaning of the back part of the sink was precarios. Check out was slow. They have a “quick check out” but you can’t use it so having 4 people before you and only 1 person attending made it slow. There was another person but she was doing something else.

Very good hotel
Very good location and good comfortable rooms. Good Wi-Fi , good beds , good hot shower. The only downside , 1 charging port in the whole room. Excellent location
