Our one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located adjacent to IMG Academy, with access to beautiful beaches, sports facilities, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping spots.

The apartment offers a unique blend of contemporary amenities and furnishings. It’s perfect for leisure or business travelers, including sports lovers, who are looking to discover the sights, sounds, and feelings the city offers. Our apartment is situated in a beautiful residential community offering resort-style amenities and a friendly ambiance. It features a spacious living area with a contemporary style and laid-back bliss. The apartment is filled with superb amenities, including a fully-upgraded kitchen, plank flooring, ceiling fans, luxurious carpeting, vaulted ceilings, and a washer and dryer. The whole living area is bright due to the natural lighting from the large windows.

The apartment has an open-plan concept, with the living room leading into the dining area and the kitchen. The exquisite living room boasts chic furnishings and a Smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen features a minimalistic white feel, equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a storm. Not worth the $
Not what they promote. Cleaners came at 4:15 and check in was 3:00 even after that not what they show in pics. Filthy throw pillows on fouton ( which is the couch) needs a lot of upgrades for what they charge. This is a short review of what could say

Average. Toilet seat was not securely fastened, toilet flushing mechanism was broken, and furnace/AC filters were filthy. Everything was clean except carpet needed shampooing badly. Also unfinished marajuana cigarette left on balcony table.

A little Get-A-Way
Communication was more than wonderful. The property was very clean & comfortable. The only complaint as others have stated is that the area rugs were stained which do require that they be replaced. I would stay again if its required.

It needs updating. The blinds were broken, rugs stained and no change in sheets. No extra blankets so if you get cold you freeze. The couch was a futon and very uncomfortable. No tv in bedroom. The wifi code was wrong . The pool was beautiful and workout area was nice.

Place was clean and modern. Two things missing, chairs in living room as the sofa if not comfortable to sit on. The coverings on the bed are a combination sheet/covering. With the covering on it was to warm and with it off was to cold. Need to have a separate sheet and covering. Thanks

Beautiful Condo
Stayed for memorial weekend with my significant other and absolutely loved it. Very beautiful condo with balcony & very clean. Very friendly staff! Pool and landscape was beautiful. Tennis court was in great shape. Condo/furniture needs updating. Rugs in bathroom were stained. Floors were sticky. Some dishes/utensil holder was dirty. Couch was uncomfortable and not inviting. Decor in general was not very happy.

Great location to the beaches!
Our apartment was very comfortable. Well furnished. If you can’t do stairs please let the property owner know. These are apartment homes so no elevators. Other than that we enjoyed a 15 day stay. Plan to get up early if going to the beach:)

Me and my daughter stayed here for a soccer tournament. Great location to everything! Clean unit and comfy beds. Great communication with property manager quick to respond to questions/concerns.
