Unfortunately there were guests staying at the hotel associated with a hockey tournament that disrupted the entire hotel with their extremely disrespectful behaviour towards other guests and the staff of the hotel. The boys were running in the halls all evening from 11 pm to 3 am knocking on doors, screaming and yelling to one another. We asked them to stop ant 2 anm and this resulted in the boys from room 508 and 509 calling our room and banging on our door. Apparently the staff attempted to stop the behaviour, however they were met with insults from the boys. The staff of the hotel explained that the parents of the boys were not responsive to the staff.

Pool not open ☹️
I disliked that the reservation was no refunds, then get an email stating the pool is closed until further notice since covid. That was my whole point of getting this hotel. The rooms were large & clean, the hotel was very quiet. A nice breakfast included in the morning, but the eggs & sausage were super over salted, I couldn't eat them.
