Refuge
We had a quick stay during a local urgent family matter. Place probably had best amenities of any rental we have have ever had (tissues, hand soap at all sinks, hooks in bathrooms for towels - types of things that are not always present). Location on the water was perfect refuge during challenging personal time. Thank you.

unbelievable views
as a local, I spend a lot of time in Saugatuck, if you are visiting this is the place to stay. the location is perfect - these views are probably the best you get in town. You are close to town, you could take the chain ferry to Oval, you can walk across the street for a great traditional breakfast at Ida's - a great place to stay for a townie trip in Saugy!

Exactly as advertised. Clean, fresh and spacious. You need to be comfortable with the “Star of Saugatuck” docking/loading/unloading right off your balcony but other then that, excellent location.

Perfect location
We are in love with this property! Everything was perfect—VERY short walk to restaurants, shops, bars; the best views; not a speck of dirt; well stocked kitchen; super comfortable beds and living area furniture; great communication and easy check-in. We can’t wait to return!!

This is a fabulous place!
it is a really beautiful and well managed property with a great location. Sitting on the front deck is fantastic and when you walk out the door, you're downtown with a great collection of shops and restaurants. Five minute walk to the ferry, cross the river and talk 10-15 minutes and you're at the Oval Beach. Or explore the dune or go to the top of Mt. Baldy. Very comfortable -- we'll plan to come back again

Review of riverfront property in Saugatuck
The property was clean, well maintained, and well-stocked. Amazing deck and location. Communication was excellent, and the property manager contacted us before we had left town because housekeeping had found my son's wallet that he had inadvertently left behind. The Star of Saugatuck loads and unloads a few times during the day, so the upper deck passengers do "infringe" on the privacy of the property for a total of perhaps a half hour per day. They are also on a very defined schedule, so this can be planned/avoided if guests are concerned about this. This is also referenced in the listing, so it should not be a surprise. We absolutely would stay here again. Great property, location, and property management.
