Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Villen Wohngebiet und ist umgeben von einem liebevoll angelegten tropischen Garten mit verschiedenen möblierten Terrassen für die Gäste.
Zum Apartement gehört auch eine private Terrasse mit Sonnenliege, Grill, Markise und Tisch und Stühlen - alles mit Kissenauflagen.
It's gibt ein Schlafzimmer und einen Wohnraum mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche und einem Schlafsofa für eine dritte Person. Zur Ausstattung gehört ebenfalls ein gut funktionierender Internetzugang, Sat. TV mit 2 Satellite, Waschmaschine und Heizofen.
Das Domizil ist bei Gästen sehr beliebt (und meist ausgebucht) wegen der absoluten Ruhe, der traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge und dem Panoramablick auf die gesamte Nordküste. Die verschiedenen Terrassen bieten ganztägig Sonne und der Rasen lädt zu Yoga (Yogamatten free vorhanden) und anderen sportlichen Übungen ein.
Parkplätze gibt is free vor dem Haus. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 300 m zu erreichen. Der nächste Strand Rojas liegt ca. 1 km entfernt in dem Landschaftsschutzgebiet Costa Sauzal. Hier gibt is auch den 2190m langen herrlichen Küstenwanderweg. Der kleine Ort El Sauzal mit seiner 500 jährigen Kirche hat schöne Parks, vie Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood
We loved our stay in the little apartment and the quiet neighborhood. El Sauzal as town is only 2km away and a beautiful walk with friendly locals.

Die Lage ist super Zentral ,egal ob mit Bus oder Auto , egal in welche Richtung kurze Fahrzeiten Leider hat man auf den Terrassen keine Privatsphäre Obwohl wir mit 5 Stunden Verspätung angekommen sind sehr netter Empfang. Da jeder an der Terrasse der anderen Gäste vorbei muss. Die Wohnung müsste komplett renoviert werden.Die Küche und vor allem das Bad gehen garnicht.Also war erst einmal putzen angesagt.Im Bad und damit verbunden in der ganzen Wohnung riecht es sehr stark nach Gulli.Auch ständiges Lüften half da nicht.Da wir immer den ganzen Tag Unterwegs waren ging es gerade so.Schade das die Coronazeit nicht zur Renovierung genutzt wurde.

Schöne Wohnung. Große Terrasse. Ruhige Umgebung.
Wir hatten eine tolle erholsame Zeit bei supernetten Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Frühstücken und Abendessen auf der geräumigen Terrasse mit Blick in den liebevoll gepflegten Garten haben zu einer guten Erholung beigetragen. Susann und ihr Mann Augustino sind offene und sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar, super hilfsbereit, auch persönlich mal da, wenn man das wünscht. Mega Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt und waren jedes Mal froh, wenn wir wieder Vorort waren. Alles in allem war es eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Zeit in einer super komfortablen Wohnung. Absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder!
