Very disappointed for St Patrick’s day the local hotel told me my suite did NOT come with a room so I had to book ANOTHER room (non refundable) which was another $1300. I go to check in and my Suite DID have the adjoining room (as it said when I originally booked) So I was out $1300 when I didn’t need it. THEN we had to pay an extra $25 per day for bracelets for local day visitors and it turned out we only needed to buy those if they were coming up the elevator after 6PM which they were not. ANOTHER $200ish. and roof top, garden terrace and pool closed at 6pm due to the st Patrick’s day crowd I am requesting a refund. I will never stay there again. I will be using my call records to fight this 2nd room and bracelet charges.
