Absolutely amazing area. The staff were excellent too with tons of patience. My only complaint was the amount of pet fur everywhere. I did not realize before booking that this was a pet friendly hotel chain.

My bicycle was stolen from the locked bike rack on my car in the hotel’s parking garage. Despite this, the manager did not show up until 2 hours after the incident, after I had filed a report with the police and left. Moreover, he did not return my calls throughout the day. When an assistant returned a call much later in the day, he stated that the hotel had no responsibility for the theft, but it was the responsibility of the hotel’s valet service. No where on the premises or from staff was I apprised that the hotel did not take responsibility for its parking garage.

Lovely
Clean. Very dog friendly with first two floors for pets. Square for walking them. Wish we stayed one more day. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Only valet parking was the surprise expense we refused to pay, so we parked on the street.
