Loud screeching toilet noise
Fairly disappointing stay here. Our toilet made a super loud screeching/winding noise every time we flushed the toilet. It sounded horrible and last 45 seconds to a minute which feels like an hour when you are trying to sleep. That alone made this stay super miserable. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said we can change rooms. But the room will be on the third floor and that their elevators were under maintenance. Our room was on the first floor so we had to pick our poison.

Nice friendly hotel. Fast airport shuttle.
The hotel was definitely experiencing some issues. The elevators were broken for what seemed like a few weeks at least since the out of service signs said, merry christmas. The lobby lost heat while we were there. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The room service wasnt actually room service. Its food that came from dennys and was left at the front desk. No body notified us it arrived so it sat there for over 30 minutes until i called the compaNy to inquire the foods whereabouts.
