More Staff and Pay to the Staff
Management sucks. There are not enough people to run the business. Short staff and the staff they do have are overworked and underpaid from what I seen in person. Management should be there on site not running a business living in Flagstaff. Let alone a manager should be able to help the staff with hotel check in and the restaurant that is a managers position if, they want a successful business. Pretty sad to see you will end up with people who will quit and not work. What I seen the staff did the best job with what little help they had.

It a nice place except for all the lose Dogs in the area. From when I first pulled in the to the Property and checked in they urinated all over my car. Not dangerous but very concurring about them in the trash cans.

Not worth Amount Paid.
The room smelled liked mold. It was not clean. It was hard to find the room and the walk way was not safe at night. No lighting and no parking close to room. Towels were full of lint and service desk closes at 8pm and there was no one available to assist after.
