There was construction by the Inn that was very loud when we arrived at 3 but they shut it down shortly after. Very very quiet this evening

Housekeeping was rude and also customer service caller was rude over the phone until we said we were a resident and completely changed attitude. Residents are only allowed to check in at 3pm which was an inconvenience. No breakfast. WiFi was poor. Would not recommend stay.

Skip this place. Very outdated and a terrible bed. Hard as a rock to sleep on. Extremely uncomfortable. Bed is small for a queen. No one is on site to hep. Small hot tub out of order. Not worth the almost $400 we paid for two nights. I tried to cancel one night before arrival and I was told I’d have to move from a queen room to a twin. Made no sense as I had a room for two nights with a queen bed. The towels are old and thin, very scratchy. We left a day early with no refund. Surprised at the good reviews…

The upstairs hotel guests have been extremely loud for hours from stomping around to loud bangs from dropping things continuously it’s currently 1am and it doesn’t seem like it’s ending anytime soon hopefully we’ll be able to get some sleep tonight , also one of the bangs was so extremely loud and violent our smoke detector popped off!! Never seen that before .
