Nice hotel with a nice restaurant. The breakfast is lacking as it is only cold items such a bagels and granola bars. The staff is nice with one exception... the gentleman that worked the morning/day shift on April 26th and 27th; he was not pleasant to deal with. But everyone else, especially housekeeping, were awesome. Our room was right by the intersection signal light and right above the restaurant, so it was very noisy. I'd recommend earplugs. The bed was comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean and had easy access to the sights in the town of Seneca Falls. I'd return but would ask for a different room if I was placed right above the restaurant again.

The Gould Hotel is a gem in a quaint little town. This was our second stay. The price is very reasonable and you are downtown to walk places easily. The rooms have been updated, mattresses comfortable and the bar/restaurant service is very good and convenient. Just cold breakfast but included. The coffee at the restaurant is terrible-so drink alternative or use the Keurig in the room.

The property was as described and we were happy we stayed at the Gould. However, at this time of the year there was very little open in the area. The hotel itself was extremely quiet so we passed on meals because we did not want to be the only ones dining. Our room was fine but a comfortable chair would have been nice. Only one chair ( folding) was in the room which meant sitting on the bed. Also, the microwave did not work. Again, generally The Gould met our expectations.

Great stay
We’ve stayed here a number of times and love it. Our room was fantastic, but my only criticism would be the water pressure in the shower is terrible. The food in the restaurant is excellent, but the bar staff doesn’t onow what they’re doing. Ordered a Negroni and the head bartender, who was training a new hire, proceeded to give me a shaken Negroni topped with club soda. The Campari was full of fruit flies, as was my drink. Bar/restaurant are not part of the hotel.

The manager and workers were so friendly and accommodating. Too bad the town itself was mostly a ghost town during the winter. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable.
