Check in supposed to be 3:00 pm, they didn't have our room available until a bit after 4:30 pm. Had to go drive around town waiting to get our room ready. Only had one bath towel for three of us staying in one room. They didn't seem to care, so I guess it doesn't matter if they get a positive review.

Very Disappointed and disgusted
This was not a normal La Quinta Inn. It was a run down motel that was in need of great repair. The room was dirty, mold was everywhere in the bathroom and the sheets were filthy and there were no towels. When we went to the desk for clean sheets and towels the night shift didn't have access to any anything. When the manager came in she tried to credit back our money but couldn't because of booking through hotels.com
