Fantastic Manager Brandon at the hotel
Been staying at this property since launch. Rooms are generally well maintained except for the blinds and the rugs. Convenient location with many food and shopping options near by. 2 best reason why we kept coming back (definitely not the price) is the fantastic service and the free parking. Shout out to the manager, Mr Brandon Lim, who really took care of our needs and request during our 4 days stay. Will definitely return to this home away from home for the fantastic service.

The location is it's strongest point, since it's right in the center if the island. There's also a MRT metro station, plus several malls a hop skip away connected via a tunnel. Hotel room is showing some wear and tear, and quite basic outfitted. Housekeeping isn't doing a great job in the bathroom, and generally seem to be late . Service is alright , with the check in staff being the stars.

Very nice hotel with shopping mall and food options next door. Conveniently situated with direct link to Novena station in basement. Nice swimming pool in hotel although very cold even hot tub was luke warm. Generally friendly staff we would stay here again.
