Things were great here. One thing I would suggest they add is a boot or shoe mat inside the door of the room. It was constantly snowing on this trip and a mat would have been helpful for containing melted snow puddles on the entrance to the room.

The breakfast was awful. We went to get a coffee and there was no cream. For food there was 2 bananas, 1 egg, 1 sausage, 1muffin, bread, bagels and English muffins.

Abhi at the front desk was wonderful! I had misplaced my ac adapter and he found one for me to borrow. Recommended dining options etc. Don't let him go...ever!
