Spacious apartment near the slopes
We had a very comfortable stay, the hosts were both flexible with our arrival and checkout time and very responsive. The apartment itself was large and could fit another couple in the extra bedroom. We would stay here again.

Well equipped appt. We didn’t use the parking as we have a large car and it was too tight. Easy to check in and very organised. For the price it was a really good deal. The only negative is it is on the road so there was quite a bit of road noise.

WiFi did not work in the apartment unless you camped yourself next to the front door. Reception staff were a little unfriendly and defensive when we mentioned that the WiFi didn't work too well. Apartment is old but at a good walking distance to gondola.
First time in Soldeu, Andorra, couldn’t of asked for a better location. This apartment is right in the centre close to all the amenities and 5 mins walk to ski lifts . Great family holiday . Definitely Would go back
As a party of 6, there are only utensils for 5 people otherwise sufficient kitchen supplies. Clean apartment. Keys are picked up onsite. Plenty of towels, shower gel provided. Close to telecabina about 8 minute uphill walk. For 14EUR cash only you can rent a locker for overnight ski storage. Andbus will drop off/pick up at Park Piolets hotel 3 minute walk away.

I stayed here in late autumn during a motorbike tour of the Pyrenees. This is off season for the apartments as their prime purpose is to cater for skiers. Check in was done over the phone (good English) with the keys located in a key safe I was given the combination for. There is a bank of key safes inside the entrance lobby each containing keys to different apartments. I didn’t meet any staff during my stay here.
The apartment itself is on two floors and was well furnished, clean and tidy. Upstairs had 2 bedrooms (twin & double) and a bathroom which had a bath/shower and toilet. Downstairs had a living/dining/cooking area big enough for the four occupants the apartment was designed for. There is also a small toilet/shower room downstairs. In the basement of the apartment block there are 2 garage levels which can be accessed from within or by using a supplied remote control to open the doors. This parking facility kept my motorbike safe overnight and gave me somewhere warm and dry to load it in the morning.
The only downside to the apartments is that they are located on the main road from France into Andorra and some traffic noise gets through the shutters/double glazing.
If I were visiting Soldeu off season I again I would happily stay here. I’m not a skier so can’t comment on what they would be like to ski from during the ski season.
