The property is very poorly maintained and the rooms are of very cheap quality. Shelves next to the bed have holes with no real purpose. The bathroom was not clean and of cheap quality The cleaning staff were in street clothes and difficult to distinguish from guests. The cleaning staff uses cleaners with overpowering scents. Really a very unpleasant stay

Snow storm- couldn't make it (my event was cancelled in their city and I told them many hours ahead)- so I paid for a room I never could use because of Travelocity's policies. Hotel wouldn't help me out either or give me credit, so I paid for a room I never was able to use.

The bathroom was dirty and there was still toothpaste in the sink plus lots of hairs on the wall in the bathroom. The rest of the room was very dusty. There were stains on our linen.
