Have stayed at this property previously and recommended it to friends. Modern architecture surrounded by medieval structures - across the street from the port (commercial, cruise ships & ferrries). The property has a bar, restaurant, and steakhouse, and is surrounded by local historical pubs, a brewery, a large mall with chain food outlets, and much more. Lots to like about the property.

Nice hotel. Décor is not my style, but it brings luxury to mind. Room was spacious, with nice view of the harbor. The only think that could be better - toilet seat was very uncomfortable and loose... We also have been offered complimentary drinks :)

Great location for shopping and theatre
Overnight stay due to theatre trip. Excellent location about a 10 minute walk from railway station and theatre and very close to West Key shopping. Very friendly welcome and very efficient Reception. In fact, all staff we met were very pleasant and friendly rooms, very large and comfortable. Only criticism has mentioned to Reception on checkout is that a few things had not been checked by housekeeping. Ie only one towel in the room, shampoo and body wash, not replenished, tissues, empty. Minor point, but slightly annoying having to keep ringing down for items. These were provided and staff once again were friendly and efficient. We were definitely stay again.
