Gîte adjoining a leisure barn (trampoline, table tennis, table football) on a livestock farm, 5 km from the historic village of Souvigny (medieval fair at the end of July, Cluniac site). Ground floor: Kitchen, living room, wood stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), Bathroom (shower/wc). Floor: 1 bedroom (1 160cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 120cm bed, 1 110x185 bed, 2 single beds), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet.
Wireless. Terraced house but private land, Courtyard, Garden furniture, Barbecue, Sandbox, Portico. The advantages of the cottage: Free wood. You can enjoy the owners' in-ground swimming pool, open depending on the weather (approximately from June 1 to September 30), the swimming pool is closed by a veranda to which you will have the key, (8 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep). the swimming pool can be heated thanks to the reverberation of the veranda.
