The floors squeaked really bad!! The pillows weren’t great. There was limited parking and you had to walk a few blocks in the snow/rain to park in another lot! And were charged to do that!

Evidently there was a staff meeting at a neighboring motel so i had to walk acouple blocks to check in at 1015pm in a rather sketchy area that time of night. After check in i went to have a nightcap at bar attatched to hotel with hours closing at midnight and when i walked in i was told last call happened 20 minutes prior and i had to leave. This is probably my 5th stay with ruby might not book again.

Good place
Everthing was really good. I only had 2 minor issues. The body ahampoo was empty in the shower. And i guess there is a trick to get the hair dryer to work, that they should give instruction for.
