Quiet, clean and affordable. Large pool for summer use as well as trail along the river. Osprey restaurant is better than average. Service overall was good.

Just a place to crash!
The room was clean, and conveniently located to the events that brought us to Spokane. The neighbors were loud, but not uncommon for hotel rooms. There was a line through the tv screen and no hair dryer in the room. Since we were only in the room to sleep, we did not mind some of the inconveniences. For the price, it served its purpose. Hotel management was pleasant.
