The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and the location was excellent. I was disappointed that breakfast (which is advertised on the website) was not available as stated. The hotel did provide a grab and go breakfast. I always chose a hotel with a breakfast for convivence when booking. We ended up eating at a local restaurant instead. Just would have been good business management to notify customers prior to arrival.

I liked everything about the hotel except that they don't have a dining room for breakfast i've stayed here twice in 2022 n now n still don't gave a dining room.

Great stay near Zion NP
Really nice place and very friendly staff/owner. Very helpful with advice and they made nice to go breakfasts for us while their dining room is being renovated.

Staff at front desk were very nice. The buildings were run down and dirty. Paint peeling off the walls, very dirty corners, and had some ants in our room. I would not stay here again.
