Good place to stay in town if you intend on walking. Rooms have been updated but have a poor design with the ac unit blowing into a closet wall and returning the cold air back into its self. It had been hot out we would have had a bigger issue.

Reasonable for the location and price
This was the cheapest option in town at short notice so with that in mind our experience was ok for one night. The room was musty and the floors felt sticky. The shower didn’t drain, which we reported and apparently will be addressed. Despite that the welcome was friendly, the location is great for exploring St Augustine, and we all slept well.
