Great house and close to Historic District
House was very clean and well maintained. Neighborhood is in a transition, but always felt safe and property is close to downtown Saint Augustine. A few minor things. Mattress protectors were like plastic table cloths. Very noisy. Drain in guest bathtub would not work. Fenced yard very convenient for pets, but yard could use a cut. Several spots where weeds were over two feet tall. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
