Cancelled my stay 2 hours before check in.
We did not stay but to submit I had to answer all questions that did not apply!! I was told there was flooding from the dishwasher and they had no other accommodations for me! I was fortunate a hotel in the area was available for us 4 but at a higher rate and two hotel rooms verses a place our adult kids could hang out and relax with us. I was told I’d be refunded. The fee was near $300. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back!! Very disappointed!!
