I arrived in STL after midnight and while the front door was locked for security, the staff let me in promptly and were super helpful. From the front desk to the breakfast staff to the maids- everyone was friendly and helpful and anticipated any of my needs. EX: They had an issue w/ key cards one day and when I came back to the property after work, I was stopped by the front desk clerk who did not want me to waste my time going upstairs w/ a key that wouldn't work. The gym was standard, breakfast was great, beds and pillows super comfy, wifi fast- all the stuff I needed for the week at work.

The air conditioner had molded items in the vent, there was mold on the shower curtain, and spider webs on the ceilings. I had to ask for bedding multiple times because they didn’t have any in the room for the pull out couch and when they finally “found them” I had to go downstairs and get them at 11 pm. They had 1 face towel, 1 body towel, and 1 dry towel for a reservation of 5 people. When asked for more, they said “We don’t have none clean, we washing em” and the front desk lady hung up. I called back at 7 am and got the same response. We didn’t get any until almost 10 am (checked in at 10 pm) and we only got those because we found a housekeeper in the hallway. There were dogs barking all throughout the night and that caused my child to cry. When I notified the front desk of the constant barking they told me the dog was barking because of us. There was cigarette smoke in the halls as well. There were stains around the toilet seat as well.

Attempted to call the hotel multiple times during the day of my check in and the phone number provided was forwarding to a dead extension. Additionally, our first room’s heater sounded like a disease engine trying to start and was only blowing cold air. The second room didn’t have a tv and the door to the bathroom looked like it had been attempted to be forced open. Luckily the third room was acceptable and the staff was trying their best to find a room that was acceptable. .
