Located in the heart of Soulard, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, laid out in the early 19th Century just south of what was the original core of St. Louis. Only 5 minutes from downtown, it's close to most major STL attractions. The neighborhood is very safe and visually stunning if you enjoy old architecture. Perhaps best known for being the home to the 2nd largest Mardi Gras behind New Orleans, it is also a walkable neighborhood with a vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene.

Old and rundown neighborhood
Everything was clean but very worn, the neighborhood was actually very run down and i didnt feel comfortable even parking my vehicle in the alley. The stairs are very steep and after my wife wasnt even comfortable climbing them. We didnt stay here and i basically threw away all the money i had put in this place. We moved to a hotel adjacent to the arch and happily stayed there.

We got to stay up on the third floor. So if you cannot handle stairs I would let the manager know. They were super easy to get a hold of and even gave out restaurant ideas. We were close to the Arch and Union Station. It took a little longer to get to Grants Farm. Other the place was clean, welcoming and enjoyable to stay at.

Taste of Soulard
Great location to walk around Soulard. Everything is within a 6 min walk max. Comfortable place with a great view. The stairs are a little steep, if your scared of heights it might be a little challenging. Overall great place to enjoy the Soulard area.

This apartment was adorable I loved everything about it. Perfect location to do anything in Soulard and perfect placement for a quick 10 minute drive to my work location. I will definitely use it again.
