The overwhelming mildew smell in the linens and rundown condition of both of our rooms was enough to question the validity of the other recent reviews. There were stains on the carpets in both rooms too. Our family couldn’t believe this is rated 9.2/10. So disappointed we paid $153 each for something worth half that, maybe. I have been in other Wingates that weren’t this bad for the same price. I would not recommend.

I was happy from the time I walked in with the desk assistance and attitude, and I wanted a place to the Airport. Where it didn't meet my expectations was when I needed a notepad or pens there was none, when I wanted to make coffee, there was no complimentary bottled water. The toiletries were sparse, also sadly having to have to leave at 5 am the Breakfast was not ready, except for some stale muffins and coffee, one would assume being close to the Airport, people are required to leave early, and since they advertise the Breakfast, it should be ready for early dapartures. So, I give the staff a 10 and the amenities a 6
