Stunning, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Sunset Beach/Treasure Island designed with beautiful interior detail, this gulf retreat offers beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk from the family room and master bedroom balcony. Windows throughout the home offer abundant natural light. Enjoy spectacular sunsets every night. Parking is available for 4 cars. Walk to Caddy’s on the beach to eat, drink, play, and enjoy life. Ka’Tiki is down the street with amazing music 365 days a year in the beachy setting of a tiki hut. Many incredible restaurants and clubs are within walking distance. Kick back and relax with your favorite TV show, play games, or whip up anything from beach snacks to 4-course meals in the fully furnished kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, electric kettle, both Keurig and drip coffee makers and grinder, a blender, a toaster oven, and a microwave. Gather for meals at the adjacent 8-seat dining table. Or use the grill to prepare steaks or a seafood feast! A full-sized washer and dryer as well as central air conditioning add convenience during your stay. The home is well equipped with everything you need - flat screens, internet, WiFi, bed linens, bath towels, cozy throws, hairdryers, soaps, etc... For the beach, grab the beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys and load up the wagon provided to haul everything to the beach with ease. Amazing Location!
We really enjoyed our stay. You are literally across the street from a great beach, Caddy's the restaurant opens at 8 and has a good menu and good service. There is shopping nearby, but we spent all our time at the beach. The house has a cart and some toys available too which was really nice. There are a lot of stairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs and share one bathroom. There is full bath on the main floor along with a full size washer and dryer which is really nice. There was everything we needed in the home. I wish there were some stand-up or box fans we could have used for more air flowing the bedrooms and white noise. I would describe the beds as firm. Overall we would definitely look for this property again when staying in the area.

Stayed for a bachelorette party!
Loved the property. We had 8 girls, and everyone was comfortable. Air mattresses are provided with extra blankets - we barely had to leave with everything so accessible. Would recommend to any of my friends now and in the future. Thank you, Steve, for making our weekend incredible!

A few steps from the beach which is stunning at sunset and lovely in daytime. Also nice and quiet at night. Host was quick to respond and kind. Everything about the house is as advertised—very convenient location.

Loved being so close to the beach. The home was nice but needs a good cleaning. Closets and under the sinks were cluttered. But it has a very relaxed vibe.

Just as described. Well appointed next to beach, bars and restaurants. This was our third visit to Sunset Beach with our young adult kids. Perfect R&R and this beautiful house was exactly as described.

Family Weekend
Great location, well equipped, close to the beach and perfect view of sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Probably stay there again when we return to St. Pete.
