Spacious and Beautiful Home
Booked this property for 9 nights for 4 couples for spring training baseball and relaxation. From the moment we pulled up to the property, we were impressed. Walk inside, and the house was beautiful, very spacious and clean. The welcome basket of snacks was a nice touch. The outdoor area was the space our group utilized the most and didn't disappoint. There are 2 screened in patios, from the large lower patio or the second floor patio that overlook the water to watch sunsets, the fish jumping or the boats going through the channel. The pool was nice size. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage area for clothing. The communication from the owner was never an issue. Lavishe was very responsive throughout the entire process from booking until check out. Definitely a property that we would return to.
