Recurring disappointment
Extremely noisy within the hotel itself during the early hours. Shower was appalling as the water dribbled out of the head. This was my second stay here and I'd hoped the first time was bad luck but it appears that the bathroom facilities are poor throughout. Avoid unless desperate.

Friendly staff, room a little cramped for a family
The staff were really friendly, and we received a warm welcome. The room was clean, but a little cramped for a family. We arrived to find the pull-out bed half folded up. When unfolded, we couldn't access half the room. The main bed was smaller (standard double) than other hotels of a similar price range in the area where we've stayed before. Breakfast was nice enough and plentiful.

A truly fantastic hotel. Great room. Well equipped. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast with good choice. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Average holiday inn express. Noisy, the building was tired, room not all that clean, cracked tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast Just what you expect from this chain. Overcooked bacon, tasteless scrambled egg, orange juice from a machine. Dreary.

Nice stay, but not enough room.
The bed was comfortable, breakfast was top tier, but the 'family' rooms are not cut out for 2 adults and 2 children. We really struggled moving around in this room. Nice touch with the shampoo and body wash. The cleaners were impeccable and even tidied the beds for us, with the kids blankets set up lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly.
