Cozy apartment with direct lake view from the balcony and lake access

The small, harmoniously furnished apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a living room with a kitchenette from which the balcony facing the lake leads off. The balcony offers a dining table with 4 seats and a parasol.
The seating area in the living room (bench) can be converted into a flat lying surface (2.0mx 1.4m) with two hand movements and thus releases a bedroom for 2 more people. The garden, which leads directly from the house to the Dagowsee, is large and is available to our guests, along with its seating, beer benches, garden chairs and the Hollywood swing. There is a jetty at the lake and our own rowing boat.
Our guests can park their car directly in our parking lot in front of the door.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung am Dagowsee
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten und es gibt alles was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar und entgegenkommend, man fühlt sich willkommen und kann direkt entspannen. Die anderen Mietparteien im Haus sind sehr freundlich und ruhig. Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich.

Für uns und unsere Vorstellungen von Erholungsurlaub war es gut. Wir haben die Ruhe und den unmittelbaren Seezugang und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Mischwald sehr geschätzt.

Wir haben das besste daraus gemacht
Ferienwohnung für 2 bzw. 3 Personen ausreichend, in den 14 Tagen wurde nicht einmal das Treppenhaus sauber gemacht. Das ganze Hause und Außenanlage macht ein ungepflegten Eindruck. Gartenmöbel zum Teil kapput und nicht nutzbar. Steg war Defekt, Seezugang nicht schön und für Kinder nicht geeignet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann viel unternehmen.

Wer sich auf Angeln freut, wird vom kaputten Steg und defekten Boot enttäuscht. Blick vom Balkon war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet und auf keinen Fall für mehr als zwei Erwachsene geeignet. Die Gegend um den Stechlin ist sehr schön aber nicht mehr naturbelassen, wie man erwarten sollte - das ist dem Tourismus geschuldet.

Das Objekt wirkt von außen bereits alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die geflieste Treppe ist an vielen Stellen kaputt. Der Flur der Wohnung ist schmal. Für 4 Personen ist die Ferienwohnung viel zu klein. Das Schlafsofa war unbequem und zu klein. Die Einrichtung lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. An vielen Stellen sieht man, dass die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig ist. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren da, aber nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier für 2 Erwachsene für 3 Nächte. WLAN ging nicht. Der Garten/Seezugang war eine Katastrophe, nur ein schmaler Weg, alles verdreckt, Müll lag rum. Der Steg war gesperrt wegen Einsturzgefahr.

Schöner Urlaub
Es war herrlich ruhig dort und alle Nachbarn nett sowie höflich. Also wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder ein Haus am See ist schon reizvoll.

Sehr erholsame Tage in herrlicher Umgebung
Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Ein wenig mehr Sorgfalt in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung auch draußen auf dem Gelände zum See wäre wünschenswert. Der Steg ist nicht zu betreten ohne Verletzungsgefahr.Er sollte unbedingt erneuert werden.

Tolle Seenlandschaft
Kleine Wohnung im 1. OG, renoviert mit tollem Blick auf den See. Wir haben die Abende auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Konnten Schwimmen und Angeln. Der Steg ist etwas marode. Radtouren zu den Nachbarseen sind auch empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr gut Ausstattung war gut es war alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt es gibt herrliche Wanderwege .Dieses Objekt ist zum Entspannen sehr gut geeignet.
